COCONUT SUGAR , also known as coco sugar, coconut palm sugar or sap sugar) is organically produced from sap of coconut blossoms. It is unrefined. It contains vitamin B, potassium, magnesium, zinc, iron and has 17 amino acids (known as building blocs of protein). The glycemic index is 35 which is very low.
This sugar is soft and easy to spoon out, an ideal sugar substitute for sweetening, cooking or baking. It's perfect for tea, coffee and beverages.
